I always use wine to loosen up the panties and because it is a standard use the back seat.

Generally, you will want to go easy on the clutch for at least 500 miles of stop and go driving. Other than that, break in is no different from an automatic. You want to keep the rpms fairly low and vary your speed, etc.

drive it normal,,like your going to drive it,,all the time,just don't try to run it to death,,and even though it is new,,keep an eye on fluid levels for a while just to be sure,,any new car ma use a little bit of oil,,or something else for a short time,,usual break in time is a few thousand miles,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

When we got a new car my Dad said to periodically accelerate very quickly to help break in the transmission.

Just be nice to it for a few thousand miles. That should be all you really need to do on any new vehicle.
