I own a small bodycare company and have a formula that I would like to re-create. I have consulted with several cosmetic chemists already but they want thousands of dollars to take on the project-which will take them no more than a couple of hours to do. I don't need to own the formula, but I would like to be given the formula and formulating instructions so that my little company can create this all natural product at my facility (house). Any inexpensive suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I think I need to add to this question by saying that I have the ingredient list for this product wihich happens to be a butter scrub with no emulsifiers, water, or synthetic materials. It is composed of all butters and oils with the main ingredient being shea butter just behind sea salt. I have spoken to some chemists who tell me that it will take them (alone) approx. three to four hours to "deformulate" this product and that since there is no water (therefore no preservatives) that further testing is basically unnecessary.
