okay im young and i wieght like 140 lb. is this normal. i feel so fat and big!!!!!!!! any suggestions?

Honey don't be so hard on yourself. I am sure you are not overweight. If kinda all depends on your height and how you feel. Weights not everything its how you look at 140 pounds. Maybe you are fixing to start and you are bloated and stressing a little more then usual. Thats how I get sometimes. I am 140 pounds and I am 22 and I have a big chest and butt "lol" and also I am 5'7 so its not considered fat.

If you feel like you have a few pounds to shed stay away from high calorie foods and fast food and walk like 30 minutes a day.

In the meantime try not to be so hard on yourself. Us women tend to think we have to be a certain way (thanks to the perfect celebrities)... we forget to thank God for all the blessings in our lives.

IF you think yo are really fat change your eating habiits. Eat fruit in the morning, get a salad at lunch and for dinner (if you do eat take out) choose something a bit more healthy . I am just saying watch what you eat. Because everyone knows how the saying goes you are what you eat

oh my goodness.. now now its not all that bad... look at me !I am 148 lbs. and Iam 5ft 5in. and iam 40 yrs. but I can honestly say that at a size 6 Iam pretty solid now what in gods green apples does that have to do with you?? Well my dear look at yourself closer in the mirror.. look at the clothes that you wear stripes that make you feel fatter?? try solids or flower prints.. also you might try eating lighter meals....and eating more fruits especially in the summer when the body will retain more water and drink as much water as you can go to the gym...go for a early morn. or a late afternoon early evening stroll enjoy !!! it took me 19 years but i lost 199 pounds yes that's right its not a type error!!! good luck to you

if u feel urself fat , then try to make u slim by exercise & balanced dite. But don't be stressed. Every person in this world have some special qualities for which others like him/her.

ok, im 5'1, and i weight 137. I do feel fat sometimes, but... look around you.... id say that their are many other girls out there who are heavier than you. i wouldnt stress over it. if your worried about it you can eat healthier, and excersize a little more. take walks. but, id say your fine.

How tall are you? How old are you? Are you proportioned. I mean if you are 3 feet tall then 140lbs is a little thick. But if your are 7feet then you are skin and bones.

if yr height is between 5'5 - 5'8 no yr ok. just do some workouts, exercises. read tips on exercise programs and more on this site

try to reduce weight you have to be 120 lb.
