Yes, and everyone does at times. My husbands doesn't seem to think I should ever be sad, but he and a lot of other people need to realize that being sad is an emotion and part of life. However, if you are asking with personal interest, and you are noticing you are feeling sad a lot of the time, perhaps you should try taking St. John's Wort because it has a natural Positive Mood booster. And don't worry about getting a prescription from the doctor, because nowadays, they are so quick to hand out that stuff to anyone. Just try some natural remedies.

I did for years (Since I was around 4 or 5 and I'm 21 now) I was on and off perscription meds which made me less sad but they took something away. I wasn't sad but I had no enjoyment.
I heard a quote once that said something like Misery makes the happy times seem better. Which is true so w/o any fluctuation in emotion life was dull.
I tried St Johns Wart (I bought a huge pack of vegan friendly ones at Whole foods market for 15.00 but have smaller ones avail) and it helps a lot for me. I notice that I still have emotional outbursts but they are severely less then use to be (I'm Bi Polar)
I'd recommend that but of course you should go talk to some sort of professional

I lossed one of my best friends she had about 4 things killing her softly and she did with a gun and she was an angel now see how she let somthing get to her so bad its never that serious better days are promised from our creator

Yes, I have but feeling terribly sad is like pushing yourself deeper into the ditch . it is then required tht you search for your inspiration no matter if it is staring at a guy or gal you like but getting out of the feeling is the utmost important thing . after some time you will find yourself in a better position
