"Real American" means "Real American." No explanation required.

First examine the outside appearance of his lands and home. If it looks like a 10 million dollar Mansion surrounded by iron fences and guarded by dogs ans private security. You know just like your house.
Then he is a real American. Money is the deciding factor between real Americans and sub-Americans.
If the house is not a multi million dollar fortress, then your neighbor is just a wage slave that works for Real Americans.

Wow, I am astounded at your ignorance. What difference does it make if anyone in this country is a “Real” American, whatever the hell that is. Do you think your family lived in America for all eternity, no they immigrated. The only real Americans are American Indians, and even they immigrated. Just they did it hundreds of years before Columbus and his motley crew of disease carrying dumbasses killed them.
Read the American Constitution, everyone that wants to live here is free to come and start a new life.

As him if he is willing to die to preserve the bill of rights If he is willing to go to jail for protesting government corruption or challenge authority. Ask him if he is willing to vote for anyone other then a Democrat or a Republican or speak up in support of other political parties to sign a petition to put something on the ballot to get things changed. Is he willing and will he call or wright his elected official and complain about something he feels is just plain wrong. Is he willing to run for political office to try and get things changed.
If he does these things not just says he will he is an American and deserving of the respect of being one.

I would never bring up his alcoholism, but he is In denial and still actively drinking! That effects his job performance big time!

My definition of a real American is someone who understands, appreciates and applies the tenets of the U.S. Constitution, including the Bill of Rights. By that definition, sadly, more than half of U.S. Citizens would not be worthy of their rights and status as citizens. Strangely, in the same token, more than half of the non U.S. citizen world population WOULD qualify for and perhaps deserve U.S. citizenship. Ironic.

Is he spying on you to make sure you're a real American? Did he break into your house searching for SS card, birth certificate, driver's license? If so, he probably fits your definition of a real American.

I was gonna say some really sarcastic insulting thing to you about this question but it looks as if everybody else has it covered quite well. Stop judging and looking for the differences in people and see them as human just like you and you will enjoy life much more.
