That depends on a few things:

First off: How old is your brother? Can he even get himself onto the internet without help?

Second: Do you trust him enough to stay out of your personal things on line?

Third: How much does your brother already know about the internet and does he know what too do once on the internet as opposed to needing someone to watch over him when he is on the computer?

and Finally: Does he need yours or your parents permission to get on the computer to begin with?

Make sure you think it through before deciding that you even want him on the same computer that you are on in case something that means a lot too you comes up missing.
