Salaried employee pay?

We have an employee who is due her full salary plus 4 days of vacation. She is salaried so how do I figure the 4 days of pay?

Take her annual salary and divide it by 2080, that is how much she makes an hour. Then multiply it by 4 days (assuming 32 hours) and that would give you her gross amount of 4 days.

divide the yearly salary by 365
that amt multiplied by 4= vacation pay
