are you speaking of the student union that is part of the Bhartiya Janata Party? I don't believe that the entire organization or the org's leaders are responsible for the professor's death. I think the students who mobbed him should be brought up on charges of involuntary manslaughter (or Indian equivalent) and expelled from school but I don't think there was any intent by the organization as a whole to cause the professor's death and therefore it should not be banned.
