Yes, I talk and walk in my sleep quite a bit. Generally, I jump out of bed and start fighting off whatever I was dreaming about. Sometimes I try to save my husband, sometimes I leave him for the giant spiders / snakes / ghouls / intruders / fire / flood / etc. Usually I wake up running to save the kids. My husband thinks it's hilarious... that's why I sometimes leave him to fend for himself!

I have a history of sleep walk before. And it happened in the afternoon. Really this is sucks. My mom saw everything. I went to the bathroom, took all my clothes off, return to my room naked, went back in the bathroom, i poured some water on my head and finally i woke up. My mom rushed to the bathroom as it was open and told me what the heck? And she told me everything. I think im 12-15 yrs old when that happened.

I myself don't but my youngest daughter does. She has been doing it since she was big enough to get out of bed and the next day she doesn't remember anything about it. I have an automatic alarm for it as soon as she starts sleepwalking I wake up and I go to her and keep an eye on her and gently speak to her so she doesn't wake up because when she wakes up she is totally confused and doesn't know what has happened to her and by speaking to her in a gentle and soft way I'm able to redirect her back to bed again.

i dont but my sister used to sleep walk when she was 8 yrs old. This is how it happened. She woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet (at that time i heard someone's footsteps so i woke to see who it was) then straight from the toilet she walked past me talking to someone (i dont know who, probably she was dreaming) while her eyes were closed. i called out her name but she never responded and went back to sleep without turning off all the lights she turned on.

You just reminded me that I have to call my cell phone carrier. I went to pay the bill this morning and it is showing payment as made two days ago. Did I do that in my sleep? Anyway, the payment probably got posted to the wrong account and I have to get it worked out or see what is going on with it.
Edit - ok I did pay the bill. I am just getting Alzheimer's disease. That makes me feel better.
