I hope we don't wait that long! I'm sure there will be one much sooner because there hasn't been a descent president since 1963 when Kennedy was shot. Since the white men have screwed it up so badly why not try a woman or a citizen in the minorities? There must be someone better than the likes of Bush willing to lead his/her country out of the mess he has got it in.

I have no idea when or who. 50 years is a long time. It could be someone who is not even on our radar at the moment. I can say that it won't be Clinton or Rice in 2008. Both have to much baggage.

this is stupid to imagine there hasn't already been atheist presidents. How do you set up a president isn't an atheist? every person can pretend to position self belief in a god. Many clergy do all of it the time .

There will be both....

Who? Condolezza Rice (woman and non-Caucasian)

Why? Because she is a smart lady who won't take crap from anyone! I think the American public needs someone like her in office....just keep President Clinton from getting back in office is all I ask!

within 50 years, sure, if the US is still around. Within 20 years? no way, unless they are elected as VP and the prez dies.
