Plug the camera into the computer using the cable supplied. The computer will have a medium sized box open up. In that box, it will ask what you want to do with the stored images. You answer how you want it done and once this is done (tell it you want to send the images/video to your windows media player), the computer will automatically send the video to WMP. From the player, you'll be able to email it as an attachment to whoever you choose. I hope you can understand these steps. It will pretty much lead you through this process. Good luck. Ray

First figure out what the codec for the format your camera produces is. You can do this by clicking on the properties of the file. Then see if you can download this codec and if that all works you can play it in windows media player.

Another option is to install a conversion software that will make the Kodak file into wmv or avi from mpeg/mpg. Or install VLC media player which as far as I know even plays ISO files.

You can use Real player. No need to convert. Real player is free and that's what I use with my Kodak Easy Share camera. Click on the link below and look to the right side of the display for the real player free download. Of coarse the person you send the email to will need this player as well. This is cheaper than converting software.

Hope this helps and have a great day!!!
