I used to be a trainer at a gyn as well as into bodybuilding and I can tell you there is no easy way to do this. Basically, it is a combination of diet and exercise. You will need to cut carbs but not eliminate them, cut salt out of your diet as well (diet soda has a ton of sodium except for diet rite soda) once you have mastered the diet part, I would suggest doing cardio for at least 30min. per day getting your heart rate up to a comfy fat burning zone. Lastly, If you want to get a "six pack" you will need to add weight training to your regimine. Once you are comfortable with basic crunches, you can add weights to your crunches to create more resistance.

I try to do a 1200 calorie diet and then run/walk for about 30 minutes on the treadmill. It's helped me drop and size and feel so much better!
