I love my iPod, but I don't have a PSP, so I can't really say which is better.

Depends on your needs.
Ipod plays music and some play videos too. But very expensive for what you get, and you get no control over what you do with songs you buy from iTunes.
PSP plays games and also music and video. It is expensive and movies for it are expensive, and transfering files to it is not as easy as with iPod.
There are other better and cheaper mp3 players on the market that give you more memory for less $$$, and give you more control of your music and what you can do with it. I have a Creative Labs Zen Xtra and will be buying a new model soon. Would never spend money on an iPod, cuz being cool is not worth the extra dollars.

the psp. cuz u can watch movies, listen to music, i think u can go to the web, and u can play all the games they have out for it.
