Probably because we all still think we are right and they are wrong. I doubt as we advance war will ever disappear.

The man who understands that violent men must be dealt with violently will wage war. From the beginning of time, man has been violent and peace has only existed among men of common interest. Even in peaceful times, men with deep-rooted differences are not peaceful towards each other. Why is man so intent on believing peace results from anything else but the threat of violence or violence itself?

My personal belief is that it stems DIRECTLY from a lack of acceptable outlets for aggression.
Take the GI Joe's away from a boy and make him grow up without replacing his war toys, and you're asking for it!

wars are started by politicians,planned by generals and fought by the ordinary Joe in the street..or if you like its one way to keep the world population in check..see casualty figures for WW1 and WW2 vietnam,and the falklands..northern ireland..and now afganistan and iraq...not to mention all the guerrila wars going on...

its only the stupid people out there who think its OK to kill innocent people in the name of God who are out to cause wars. Normal people are out to prevent it happening again that's all.
