Letting someone ALL the way into my heart. Into the 'locked' rooms. Letting him know the 'real' me.
We've been married for 20 years now, so it was worth it. There are no secrets between us. And that's scary when you think about it.

When I was about 8, I entered a lion's cage at the zoo. I think I had been reading the Bible too much and believed the Lion wouldn't hurt me. The funny thing is- it was just after feeding time so the Lion really didn't harm me. I remember to this day how I wondered off and found the cage unlocked and undid the bolt. I remember how the Lion felt, I mean-I actually sat there hugging it and playing with the mane and wasn't afraid. My Uncle owned the zoo and I had been in the cage before with the keeper but I didn't realise I shouldn't be in there by myself. It was after closing so no-one was around except a few staff members who were not nearby. When my parents finally found me, my mother fainted lol To this day I'm not sure if the Lion was lazy, tame or if it was because God was watching over me but I sure feel stupid for doing that !!

i left a well-paying, stable job to open a business with my a**hole boyfriend who said he would pay me to design the building. turns out he never paid me, he turned into a controlling SOB and now im working at a job i dont like, its not stable and it doesnt pay near as much as the other. im still pretty bitter over the whole mess. biggest risk i ever took, and i regret it. i put the control into his hands and i got screwed. you can bet ill never make that mistake again.

The only things that come to mind at the moment relate to things I've done under the influence of road rage.

Holy crap, I've taken some chances! I can be SUCH a moron sometimes.

Hmm... this is a good question.

I can't think of many risks I've taken... I don't see life in risks just opportunities.

- Approaching RCMPs for their autograph while they were eating at a restaurant. Turns out, they really appreciated it and were more glad... it feels great to go to such risks.

Trusting my new BF. Allowing myself to fall in love again was hard, but definitely worth it.
