Right click on the desktop and go to Properties. Click the Desktop tab, then click Customize Desktop and see you can check Recycle Bin and hit apply. Some versions of windows don't let you add or remove recycle bin from this window though and I'm not sure what version of windows you're running.

Well you should be able to find under your Start Button if you click on more programs.
If you cant find it there and you would like to send something to your recycle bin right click on the item you dont want and there will be a Delete button that will send the item to the recycle bin for you.

Try this one.
Right click on your screen and from the popup, stay with your mouse pointer on `Arrange Icons by' and look for the 'Show Desktop Icons' See If It has a check mark before it. If not, go to that option and click on it to create a check mark there. That will show your Recycle Bin, if it was hidden before.

No, they are still on your HDD just removed from any reference. To completely delete them get a file shredder for your computer and use that on the files if you want them really gone. Simple software can easily recover things deleted via Recycle Bin

Normally there is an icon for it on the desktop. Click that icon to see the contents of the Recycle bin. If you are trying to find the folder without going through the icon, you probably can't. They have it hidden and systemed so that you can not see it to keep people from messing with it. If you need to do something with it, use the icon.

If it's not on your desktop as it usually should be, check for a folder called Recycler on your C drive, or on any other fixed drive. Maybe do a file search for "recycle" (not case sensitive) and see what it turns up.
