nothing will cure the flu. it is a virus and antibiotics only work for bacterial infections. therefore you can only help with the symptoms....there is TheraFlu....it is a tea...but otherwise just wait it out...it's usually over in a few days.

when i have the flu i take advil to help bring down my fever and to help my headaches. if you do have a fever, don't eat. only drink water, and eat things like jello, but dont eat. it will only make your fever rise which is not good. you usually dont have to go tot the doctor for the flu, but if you are worried, do. and if your fever gets too high take a cold shower, not ice cold, but cold. that helps. if that doesn't help or if it is a very high temp go to the doctor/hospital immediatly.

Build your immune system. Take lots of Vitamin C, then add garlic and echinacea, I drank Brigham Tea and that helped as well. Tastes bitter, but really helped.
