My doctors said to leave alone and they will take care of themselves. They do look yucky but if you don't pick at them, they will go away and won't leave scars.

I suffered the same fate a few times. The only thing that helped me was the doctor. Just a word of caution, depending on where this hair is, DO NOT get the numbing needle before the doc removes the hair. I've had to have an ingrown hair removed 3 times now, all in different spots, and the first time I had the doc use that numbing stuff in a needle, big mistake. That crap hurts way more than the scaple the doc used. And this comes from personal experience.

ichthammol ointment20%, its a black drawing salve, put a dot on a bandaid, let it stay on overnite and clean it out in the mmorning, it draws out the poison and the ingrown hair.

usually if i have a ingrown hair i get a sewing needle and lift it under this isnt painful this will lift it up and then i gey my tweezers and pull it out.

if you cant see it then tweezers will not work, go to the doctors it is safest bet.
