Pilates is great. Go to Walmart or Walmart.com and see if they have the DVD "Pick your spot Pilates". It is 10 minutes on tummy, 10 min on thighs, and 10 min of butt. The first couple of days you will feel sore, but after that it is not too bad.

Drinking water's a good start, cut out all soda. You should do crunches or pilates, but you'll also need to do cardio like it's going out of style. This doesn't have to be painful, you could walk a few hours a day, and it a stationary bike for a half hour, but you need BOTH, cardio AND crunches

you are going to have to cut calories and exercies. unfortunately the skin on your stomach could have lost its elasticity which means your skin looks a little saggy around your belly. if that is the case then only surgery will completely correct it....also try to use skin fiming lotion....won't do too much but it helps a little.
