You are susceptible to changes. Take vitamin c.

Apple Cider Vinegar

there is something in apple cider vinegar that cures a cold, sore throat and earache, dilute it, and maybe add lemon juice and honey to make it taste better

You are probably picking something up on the plane. I know several people who are affected in the same way.

Not a great deal you can do. Some recommend Vit C, some Vit E, some recommend old wives' tales. None really seem to work.

Sorry.

wel..basically its not climate change that is responsible for ur throat infection...its your weak immunity or exposure to infection (thru contaminated food or infected person)..otherwise every person who travel from hot to cold climate should get sore throat..but one thing is true that in cold and humid climate vireses are more aggresive because they live at lower level..mean near to land and favourably survives in cold climate.you can prevent it by increase ur immunity like take multivitamin pills and do hot saline gargles.
