any # that wen u take the square root gives a real #.
like 26 is not a perfet square cuz wen u tak the square root, it give u a # with decimal places, but wen u tak lik 100, is a perfect square cuz wen u tak the square root, it gives u 10 which is # without decimal nor is fraction
