Goodwill and Salvation Army stores usually have very good condition clothes. No shame in going there, I shop there all the time.
You really will be surprised at the quality. When folks move, most of their belongings end up there. They both take credit & debit cards.
Online I prefer ebay. Lots of small time sellers with new merchandise. Usually pretty great. I got a civilian model of a winter parka that the Air Force issues

Wal-Mart is a good one, but not all wal-marts are created equal!! LOL Look for the nicer ones in the nicer neighborhoods. For example, the one in my neighborhood is middle of the road, they have newer styles, but some weird and off style types too. There's one by our library that is really bad. But the one close to our church is new and it is really nice. Doesn't even look like a wal-mart (neighborhood friendly, I guess) and it has the latest styles, not only in clothes but in house stuff too. Just like mall stuff, and the prices are rock bottom.
good luck
