Sure because menstruation controlled by hypothalamus pituitary-ovarian axis and the feed back mechanism depend upon the releasing factor of the hypothalamus which control endocrine glands of the body including the ovary and ovarian hormones control menstruation .

Yes due to stress any thing can happened The prblemswas with me just no ejaculation takes place after a hour also dep sleep resolved the problem
