Is the Google Adwords Editorial Policy Changing?

I'm trying to adjust my creatives, i sell cars, and tried to put the words "bmw" and "drive" into the ad but it's being rejected! i know bmw is trademarked but other advertisiers are using it too. Is there a new editorial policy? If so where can I get more details?
