The correct answer is Cayman, unless you want a soft top, then Boxter. Mid engine always handles better than rear engine. Porsche has done a good job on keeping the latest Carerra from oversteer, but it is still more of a possibility than in the Cayman.

While the Boxter is a great car however the Carerra is the top of the heap, so I would take that one.

That is like asking for a comparison between a Nissan and a BMW. The Carrera is twice the price for a number of reasons. Better engine, better body style, faster, sexier, everything wins in the Carrera. The Boxter is the modern day 914.

That's not necessarily a fair comparison. A better question would be Boxter or Cayman. But for this question, I would choose Carerra.

The best of both worlds...the cayman. A boxster with a hard top.
But if I had to choose I'd choose the Carrera. It has seats in the back, better performance and more features and you can always get it with a sunroof.

Interesting question. The only thing these cars have in common is 4 wheels and a name. The Cayman is slightly closer to the Boxter.
But to answer your question, there's no contest for me: CARRERA!
