give him some space. don't blame yourself for asking him. dont let him take it out on you either. if he leaves you for this look at like it is his loss.not yours. you can do better

Men will often get defensive like that when accused of doing something(usually mostly when it is true!!!). In my experience, if they are doing nothing wrong they don't get defensive, and brush it off easily. On the other hand, one man i was with who had cheated on me many times was always extremely defensive when asked if he were cheating on me. He even said to me "if you find me in bed with another woman, only then can you accuse me of cheating" ...and later i found out he was.
If he is so angry over something so simple he is not worth fretting over. Find someone else. If you stay with him , keep a close eye on him.

Sounds to me like he got awfully defensive when you asked that question. If he is truly not cheating then he would have just brushed the question off.

Perhaps his high level of defensiveness is his way of projecting his guilt on to you. I would not be too quick to dismiss the idea that he may be seeing someone else....

I think sometimes when u ask him a ????, and he gets mad because u asked it, He probably is. My x bf did the same thing.
