Since the far left liberals (Commninist) have hijacked the Democrat party, there is no telling what we will see next.
"The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant: It's just that they know so much that isn't so."

No more stupid than conservatives. They also think that this is just a game of politics, where they believe the opposite of what is obviously the right thing to do, and try to divide the country during a time of war just to win elections. My goodness, they even try to politicize hurricane Katrina. I mean, what's next, conservatives?

I used to think the same thing about conservatives, and then I realized that there are no good politicians. I mean right before elections conservatives will start wars over nothing to get elected, and inversely liberals will try to end every war for the same reason. Oh and by the way, its not liberals who are trying to make money off Hurricane Katrina, 9/11, and the wars, its the media. And when I say the media, I mean all sides of it, liberal, conservative, fair and balanced, etc.

When someone believes that the current administration is wrong or doing something that is incorrect it is their duty as an American to stand up and speak what they believe is right.
Saying that someone shouldn't speak what they believe is correct simply because we "are in a time of war" is not only ignorant, but also irresponsible.
Republicans had no problem politicizing a stain on a dress and making it a big deal. Where were you then? What's next conservatives?

Not stupid at all. They are just trying to regain their power and since their ideas don't make a lot of sense, the best way to gain power is to demonize those already in power. One item that is pretty obvious is Katrina. The state and local governments are the ones that should be getting more blame than the Feds. It is their responsibility to have a plan to get their citizens to safety. They didn't and are relying on the Feds to do everything. The best government and the intent of our founding fathers was to have the states make most of the major decisions and to take responsibility for them. The local leadership is not (ironically they are Democrats but this crap happens everywhere) taking responsibility for running their city to ruin. This disaster will happen again, the damn city sinks about 1/2" to 1" per year.

Wow you obviously don't realize that Katrina was a POLITICAL ISSUE.
Sure didn't take long for the government to get into manhattan after 911. Why is it than...that they couldn't get in to help the poor people of New Orleans. I mean the hurricane had passed and people went days without food and transportation. That's FEMA's job. To help people after a disaster.
How is this not a political issue...the bush administration ignoring poor people?r

Stupid? Nah, we're just not blindly believing the constant spin and lies.
Not sure what you're calling obviously the right thing to do? If it's the war in Iraq then it's not just the liberals, it's 2/3 of the country. Sorry about that inconvenient truth
And are you really complaining about liberals politicizing too much?

I think the lines of Liberals and Conservatives are slowing disappearing. The problem is that some conservatives are way too right and some liberals are way too left. The rest of us kind of meet in the middle.
I'm a moderate Republican, but do agree with democrates on a lot of issues :)

If you think that there was nothing political about the quality of the response to hurricane Katrina then you shouldn't throw any stupidity stones from your glass house. If it your serious contention that "liberals" who took exception to the quality of the govt's response to Katrina were trying to suggest that the actual hurricane was itself a political entity worthy of criticism then you shouldn't throw stones from the sanatorium that you believe is your glass house.

Know what I've noticed? The neocons spend an awful lot of time bashing and criticising liberals. It's pretty clear from your question that you have a very closed mind and are incapable of seeing any other side to any issue other than your own. Nobody, nobody, is right all the time, nor is anyone wrong all the time. And, are liberals stupid? Considering that the more education one gets, the more liberal one becomes, would seem to indicate the opposite.

Why should we do that? Because Bush knew the Levees were not going to hold 5 days prior and didn't do anything! Then he flies over at 40,000 feet!
And what do you guy's do? Attack a mans military record who has 2 Purple Hearts and a Silver Star, while you say nothing about your deserter who could not be found for a year in the National Guard! I'd like to put you on a river boat for one day!! There job was to attract enemy fire so air strikes could be called in! They were sitting ducks from both sides of the river!
It is your side that just was sentenced to jail for blocking Democrats phone banks so they couldn't give rides to a poll! How low can you go?
And we are not at war! Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11, or anything else! They damn sure didn't attack us!!
