Get a spam blocker or using a good online email service that has spam blocking.
Google and Yahoo Mail both have good spam filter if you turn them on and use the "This is spam" rather than deleting it.
NEVER EVER click unsubscribe from something you know you didn't subscribe to.

Good luck!!! If you have Yahoo for your e-mail, you can start a bulk folder where all (or at least most) of the 'spam' will go. That way you can just delete all of those unwanted e-mails and they won't clog up your real e-mail. I don't think there is an easy way to make them all just stop.

You can look at the bottom and report it as spam or you can take your name off of the mailing list by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and it should say that if you are receiving the email by mistake or they are unwanted then click here.

All what you can do, is when you get an e-mail whivh is spam then you must have a option which is Block Sender. That helps if you use Outlook Express. Otherwise I know on Yahoo! and e-mails like that you can alos block these senders. Good luck. If it doesn't work change your e-mail address.

" most of these have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. just click that so they will stop e-mailing you. "
What ever you do DO NOT ASK TO BE REMOVED.
You will only be telling them that you are a active e-mail account and you will get on more spam list.

When you receive an e-mail from a particular firm, if you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can add them to your Junk Senders List. Just go to Actions, Junk E-Mail, Add to Junk Senders List. Subsequent e-mails from the same firm will be deleted immediately.

most of these have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. just click that so they will stop e-mailing you. depending on what email client you use, usually they have a junk mail tool where you can select senders you want to be deleted automatically.
