When I say she thinks she knows everything - this is what I mean: The sky is blue, it's obvious and everyone knows it. But she will say - you are WRONG the sky is green!!!
By the way, I suck up to her a$$ everyday but it gets old after awhile. And I have become friends with her, she's just a sick lady.
Also, she is bi-polar - she's either sweet as pie or an unbearable witch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so you want to keep the job.
Find out what it is she wants. If you know she is going to ask a certain amount of questions all the time, then anticipate it and have the answers already worked out.
What is it she doesn't like?
Is she moving toward something she likes or shying away from something she doesn't like?
*** Also - if you have not already - see the movie "the devil wears Prada". It has to do with a female boss from hell. I used to work for a woman like the one Merly Streep pllays and this movie gave me a lot of laughs!

Remind yourself every second of every day that she is the boss and if you were any better or smarter than her (as you obviously think you are), you would be HER boss. Which you aren't.
So just do the biotch's bidding and stop complaining! Your work week will be faster and happier if you do.

Make friends with her.
I've done this every time I had a supervisor or other key player who was particularly unpleasant but also wasn't going anywhere any time soon. It's not easy, but it really works if you can pull it off.

I say stick to your guns and your opinion. We were give the right to say how we feel and just accept that there will always be someone who disagrees with us. What ever happened to it being okay to not be treated like crap by your boss. No one should be treated like crap. If you feel she is treating you poorly, say something. Nothing wrong with saying how you feel.
