Either learn how to sew by hand or by machine, but preferably both. Ask an adult to teach you or take a class.
Know your size, buy materials (fabric, thread, sewing threads for different fabric thicknesses, etc) and a pattern book. Oh and of course a sewing machine, if you don't have one yet.
Try different ways of adding detail to your clothes e.g. beading, using sequins (but they're out) and mirrors, using different textures or fabrics. Stuff like that.
The easiest way to make your own clothes is to make t-shirts. Make stencils using an X-acto knife and use fabric paint. You might want to try doing that first.

You can design your own cloths, Get patterns at the cloth store, a sewin machine, the cloth or material you like, pins, thread to match the cloth, scissors,measure tape....
The first few time it may not look the way u want but practice make perfect...

What the Home Network!!! they make some phat clothes!
Also Indian magazines and Indian stores around you make some unique and beautiful clothes. I actually went there this summer and was amazed at the beautiful clothes that they made!

you should get a sewing machine, learn to use it correctly and efficently, then you should look up some Do It Yourself clothing sites and if you take a sewing class then maybe you can even draw out your own designs and make anything and everything you want....good luck!!!

first you buy fabric then you cut it the way you want it and make a sem at the bottum so it doesnt like get ruin in the wash then sow it together
