Well it is complicated actually, u c for example, if u rush someting dat is making, it wont really come out good, right...., but if you give it time let it finish, an look at the difference between the two of dem, u will find dat the 1 u waited on looks a whole lot better than the 1 u rushed.

so its the same way in life, u hav 2 let everyting take its time 2 run its course.

P.S. trust me "good things come to those who wait," it is a very true statement. i'm speaking from experience.

I believe that it means that at times patience will win out over rashness. I think that in certain cases if you wait to see what is around the next corner instead of jumping at the first thing it could be better. I don't think it means sitting around and hoping that something good will happen but making choices and decisions based on your intuition and experience can go a long way.

You may have missed the point here, "good things come to those who wait," does not mean that good things will not come to those who do not wait. It is a matter of time perspective. How long do you want to wait in relation to the energy in want to spent in getting what you want.

Don't take your first choice. Think it through. Consider those who buy the latest electronic gadget the moment it comes out, it's excessively expensive, it's still got a lot of bugs in it.
Wait until you can see more options. The second or tenth choice might be better, and a proven winner at that.

Why isn't it possible for good things to come to those who wait? Are you asking how it's possible for good things to come to -everyone- who waits, or how it's possible for good things to come at all to lazy people who don't act to bring about good things for themselves?

Whichever way you meant it, the answer should be pretty easy...

Do you believe on God ? Well if you do , God says in the bible that if you wait on him blesses will come . You will grow miserable if you rush life . Stop and take the spur of the moment in .
Dealing with life you need faith and without every thing you try to hurry and accomplish will fail .

You should clarify "they". But I'll save you the trouble. It was tooken from philosophy. Wheather of Western or Eastern origin, its meant as a motto of hope, patience, and humbleness.
So...what exactly is ti that YOU are waiting for??

In my experience, 'good things come to those that go and get it!'

Perhaps the things that you so crave with all your heart at this moment aren't the things that are going to be lasting. Most of the time given any situation if you have patients things general work themselves out were as if you dive foreword and try to stop them from happening they often become worse.

I have no idea who said that, but if I had waited on my silly beloved husband I would still be at the prom. I asked him to marry me and he said yes and we have been fantastically happy for 15 years.
