Even as a teenager looking at SI, it seemed to me the equivalent of PEOPLES magazine. A lot of fluff and virtually NO substance.
I love CNN, but their only sports page happens to be SI.com, which is horrible at best.

Not only is the format poor, the data isn't even correct. I've seen scores hours behind, incomplete information (e.g., no error information in the box score). I have deleted it from my favorites. Horrible website, poorly maintained…...

Are you out of your blooming mind? SI is a cross of sports news and spotlight articles. Where is the 'fluff' you say it's stuffed with?
Maybe some of the 'fluff' from your head fell out all over your SI and you misttok it for SI's actually content.

i hate SI. very boring mag. and peter king is beyond pompous. ESPN mag is much better and more informative.
