I could turn on a singing tape and work on my voice, but I'm tired. I could read for one of my classes, but my body is tired. i just had breakfast at the cafeteria, but I should practice singing....sigh.
problem is when my body is tired this could effect my voice and its quality. But it seems no matter how much sleep i get,
im always tired.
darn, why does a great voice
take so much darn. work!
I will have to do this for years consistently before I sound awesome......
=(
I know , this question is all over the place.....

Overall, you ar tired...I hear ya there. Seems like whether I get 4 hours of sleep, or 9, I just feel like I drag on. Hang in there, I'm sure it will get better for you.

Your question is all over the place because when you are tired it affects your ability to focus. I used to be tired all the time, no matter what until I started exercising and increasing my activity level both mentally and physically. I've discovered that if I exercise early, (set the tone for the day), I have a more successful day and get a lot more done without feeling dragged out.

Yes I feel the same way I had found and over the counter supplement that made me feel better (who knows it probably is not safe) but it made me feel good. I lost a little bit or weight and felt great. Now I can't find it. I have run out today and will start to feel run down by the end of the week. I hate that.

Anonymous Honestly Im a vocal artist and I don't think about it. I sing and flow all the time with the radio its apart of me in the shower morning noon and night if its ur love and your good at it then be about it in your soul I believe alot most of peoples souls are tired of the daily goings and coming, but if you don't grind for it, you don't eat, you don't eat, you don't live Its life, ur in the real world now!

this is actually a tough question, but it sounds like maybe your overdoing somethings and that leads to more tiredness and sleep but when you sleep it just fades away too quickly, i dont maybe you have to take things a lil slow from now on dont try to pressure yourself into doing more and more with along side it lack of sleep!

i have this problem too... read from a few sources that it could be caused by snoring at night... snoring leads to disrupted sleep even if you don't realise it... as a result, your body do not get the proper rest it needs... sadly, i've yet to find a way to curb my snoring... :(
