Under "Document" in Acrobat, there is an option to "insert pages". After doing that, all you need to do is select the other pdf files one by one. You even get to decide if you want them before or after the current page.

you can do it only if you have pdf writer. In this case you open one of the documents and you Import pages from the other two.

I remember doing this with dreamweaver... I believe you have to add the files to one document one by one... so open one file, Insert file and then add the other one, and do it again with the last.
...yeah, your second answerer is correct - it's "insert pages"

print them out , edit them into what you want and scan them back onto your PC .
