Absolutely do not consider circumcision. You do not want to ruin your ability to have satisfactory sexual activities. Follow Eve's advice to the letter. She knows what she is talking about.

Unfortunately, most doctors don't tell children how to take care of their privates when they are not circumcised. This really ticks me off because it can lead to problems like yours.

Most of them really don't know because they or thier men are circumcised so they never were taught, but you DO NEED TO PULL the skin back so it will stretch.

When you're old enough to have sex you may not need to do this as it will do it on its own, but as children, you need to start right from birth and just gently pull on it. It won't come all the way back even then nor should you force it.

Gently pull the skin back a little every day. It hurts yes. But if you do it in the shower or bath, a little at a time (never past the point it hurts though...but it has to stretch so keep that in mind.

Do this gently and don't force it even if it takes weeks or a month or more...eventually the skin will stretch enough for it to come all the way back and out will pop the head.

It is so tight right now because obviously you haven't been doing that. This is where boys/men can run into problems and why some develop problems later and decide to get circumcised because maybe at some point it's too late and other complications develop.

So try that and remember don't force it and see if it helps. If not do some research on the net on "how to look after an uncircumcised penis".

Good luck.

Skin is remarkably flexible, and the foreskin will stretch during an erection. You should be able to pull the foreskin back behind the glans by pushing the skin along the shaft towards the base of the penis. If you can't get it to where you can see the entire glans then then opening of your foreskin is probably too tight, this is called phimosis.

If you can get erections without pain then you probably don't need surgical intervention. Try this. Stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain, like you're trying to increase its radius, for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks you should be able to retract it behind the glans with no problems. When you do, make sure you clean the glans and under the foreskin with water and mild soap at least once a day.

If you still can't get it to retract, see a doctor. There are prescription creams that're supposed to help too. If that doesn't work, there are still many options other than circumcision. Some doctors jump to that procedure too quickly, so be clear what you want.

If you can achieve an erection without pain, this is not a problem. You can however perform exercises to stretch the foreskin so that over time you will be able to fully retract it. This is desirable for cleanliness. In order to clean properly under the foreskin if you cannot retract it, use a Q-tip to gentle clean the area.

If the exercises do not help, consider an small operation to loosen it by cutting it on one side. This is not a circumcision - if your doctor says circumcision is the only option, tell him to go back to medical school, and ask for a referral to a urologist. Circumcision is definitely not indicated in this situation.

It is best that you see a doctor. You are too old, for this to be this way. If you were younger, I would have agree with "sanatanpal" but you are old enough where this should not be this way. It is important that you are able to pull your foreskin back, especially for hygienic reasons. Go see your doctor and see what he says. Good Luck.

try to move it back. does the skin impair you in anyway sexually if not don't worry about it. make sure you keep the area around the glans and the foreskin clean to avoid infection
