For a country that defines itself as "The Jewish State", how inclusive is it?

Israelis or people who have lived in Israel only please.

Hmm.. ok I shouldn't restrict the question.

But obviously opinions from people who've actually lived there would be particularly informative.

Israel is an open society which supports freedom speech and of religion. Christians, Druze, Muslims, athiests, agnostics, and Hindus all pray as they wish... or not at all. All Israeli citizens have the right to vote, which is why you see so many different parties in the Knesset.

Is there zero discrimination? I don't think any heterogeneous society can make that claim. Not the US, the UK, Canada, or Israel. But every Israeli has equal rights under the law.

The Israeli government recognizes all people who live within its borders, and even allows non-religious groups to run for government office. There is a sizeable Communist party there. There are such people who call themselves agnostic Jews there as well. If there is discrimination there, it is against those who try to harm them, not those who just disagree politically or religiously

Damn, I can't answer because I'm not Israeli? That's discrimination!

I'll just ask another question... Does Israel have any laws protecting equal human rights and tolerance between religion, or do they have different laws for Jews and non-Jews?

"Conservative" and "Reform" Jews are not allowed to vote;
only the "Orthodox" Jews. Everyone else is generally protected under civil law, with that exception just cited.
