Mellow music, like The Blue Nile and Craig Armstrong. If I'm feeling angry/depressed, I'll listen to a lot of industrial rock (Nine Inch Nails rock for those moments!)

Sad songs from movie soundtracks. It gives me the edge of feeling like "things will work out" because they always do in the movies.
Right?
