It's hard to know if a guy is loyale, but not everyone is going to cheat on you, there are some honest guys out there!! Which means there are some guys that are really honest about their sexuality too.
I find it hard to tell if people are gay or not too, so sometimes it's easier (although awkward) to just ask.

First you should really post your questions on here.
I went and read your question. Gay-day is not something you can learn. It is a sense. When man is attracted to a women there is a sense of this attraction. This sense is what gay men fell when around other gay men. You can't learn it. It's something you have or don't have.
As for the bi-sexual part of the question. Yes, bi-sexuals do exists.
Your last part of your question. Men cheat on women, men cheat on men. If you want to prevent yourself from being find a loyal man. There is no secret words of advise I can give you there.
