Scan the photo into the computer using your HP all-in-one then just set it as your wallpaper in Display Properties (Control Panel-->Display).

First, scan the photo. Save the scanned copy on the hard disk (in any of the drives or folders)
Second, right click on the desktop. Select properties from the pop up menu. Click Desktop ( for windows xp) or Background (for any other windows version).
Click Browse button for selecting the background. Here, you will see the open dialog box, in which you have to select the folder in which u saved the scanned copy of ur photo.
Click Apply and then finally OK.

Open the picture, right click on the picture, choose "Save as Desktop background" and voila! It is done.
