Pour some hydrogen peroxide on your toothbrush, then pour a little baking soda on it....brush that on your teeth and let it sit for about 5 minutes. It tastes nasty if you swallow any of it, but it will help whiten your teeth.

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE is used as a gum cleaner. it is excellent to be mixed with water, 1/2 and 1/2 and then brushed on the teeth and gums. it will help your gums to get better and also help.
about the teeth whitening, you can try it, but i am not sure it makes too much of a different.

normal teeth are usually not completely white. this is only possible thru the process of bleaching or capping your teeth,

if you drink soda or coffee much, your teeth will stain. buy a good toothpaste like remraht (i am not sure of spelling) or any toothpaste that carries whitening for the teeth.

to get your teeth super white, you will have to go to a dentist, the home versions are good but for dramatic changes, you got to go to a professional.

No, Hydrogen Peroxide is a poison. For heaven's sake don't put in in your mouth. Try any one of a number of teeth whitening products currently on the market. Oh and you should probably stop smoking &/or drinking tea - the top causes of stained teeth.

Just pour some on your toothbrush & brush all over your teeth for at least 60 seconds, or try Crest Whitening Strips.

It does work, but not as well as a whitening kit. You have to keep the peroxide on your teeth longer than what you are able to with just a brush.

(Gargleing with it doesn't work well either. Peroxide does 'burn' your mouth.)

I've heard of a peroxide gel that went into a cup-like thing that fitted over your teeth.

DONT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE!!! its dangerous...and my friend tried those crest white strips and they have ammonia in them and made her teeth brittle...and one of them almost fell out too...you should dump your tooth brush in a box of baking soda and brush your teeth then rinse it out and then brush with your regular tooth paste...keep on doing this regulary and your teeth will be brighter and stronger...trust me ive tried it myself

It can be used but it will really irritate your gums. So if you do want to us peroxide us a q-tip to apply.
