hey it depends on your mindset..if u are not that emotional and a bit free styled just carry on with him (ofcoz only if u like ) and maintain the relationship so that it doesn`t effect ur work and relationship with other colleagues. ....but if u what to enter into a serious relation take care on all sides see the pros and cons and then proceed becoz once u step into anything it`s difficult to snap out of that....and if it`s frustrating to even think of him just let ur higher authorities know and let them take the action

Is either of you married? If so, leave well alone ... If not then go for it - as long as he's not got any nasty diseases!
Free country ... make your own choice! The only downside is that things could get difficult in the office if you break up.

do you fancy him, if so then ask them out. It you do not and the attention is unwanted then i suggest you be polite but distant, and if they do not take the hint then i guess you have to tell them that you dont feel the same

well are you single? do you like him? and how often do you mix with him at work? all those factors will make a difference, if you make or break (saying you went for it) you still have to work together...is it unwanted attetnion? then just say so, question is a little lacking in situation
