I'm ending my period, medium flow at the begginig, very little spotting right now, and at moments I'm feeling a kind of pain down there like menstrual cramps. I usually had cramps on days 1 or 2 of my period, so this is not normal on me?? What would be?

It's just that I never felt this before........ I know that everybody says that when you feel other sympthoms -like increased smell sense, or headaches, or dizziness, that I have-, you must take a test (for pregnancy)...to know if in fact it is....
(To be honest I'm scared of possible results.)
And I know that's why many women ask here, just so see if there is another woman that identifies with one.....
I "know" what I had to do, but I don't have the courage to go to the drugstore and buy a pregnancy test....
Believe me, I'm really scared, this kind of responsibility scares me, but at same time, if it were positive, it makes me some kind of illusion.......
So, possibles reasons for this??

Face your fear and do the right thing. I have no answer if you know your answer yourself. Do the best you can before it is late to you for your decision.

So I am assuming you had a normal period besides the cramping? If there was nothing abnormal about your period then I would assume that you wouldnt be pregnant. You could be suffering from Ovarian Cysts. I get them quite often and it feels a lot like menstrual cramps but a lot more severe. But to make your mind at ease, you should just get a test and hope for the best, whatever that is. Keep me posted!
