Near my underams ( basically from the sleve seem area down to about two inches inches below nipple level) I have an odd senstation. It could best be described as tightness and occasional minor pain.
It is pretty steady but does seem to come and go througout the day and sometimes alternates witch side is more prevelant.
It is an annoyance, but not really inhibiting.
As far as I can tell, there are no visual or textural irregularities except maybe some lines under the right one that seem kinda like what you get if you lay on a textured blanket for a while and the texture makes an impression in your skin.
I am worried but also realize that this could potentially be a simple musculo-skeletol issue. What are you thoughts?

Go see your doctor. This could be nothing or it could be an early sign of something serious.

It can be extremely difficult to differentiate swollen lymph nodes from a muscle pull. I'd recommend seeing a physician because swollen lymph nodes in that area are quite serious.

Go talk to your doctor he can send you for more test or he can reassure you that's it's nothing. Never let anything like that go. You mentioned it's everyday? If it was just around one time of the month then it's probably nothing but not everyday.
