The hurricane that was over Cuba has been downgraded to a tropical storm and is currentley over Florida. It might go into the Atlantic and strengthen a bit before going into the carolinas. So depending on where you live the "hurricane"(tropical storm) might already be there.

First of all it is not a hurrucane. Second, depending on where you are located it could be today, tomorrow, or maybe never for the storm to hit where you are
