I watched both teams before. And I can say Argentina is the best so far. Their game is spectacular. However, Spain is very tough too. I think Argentina will dominate the match but Spain will struggle to the last second. Anyone can win but imho Argentina is more likely to win.

It's highly unlikely. Spain is good and all but Argentina has the ability to lock teams up. I like Pau Gasol but he has never showed up on the big stage so I have no reason to believe that he will now! Ginnoooooooobli, on the other hand is a big time performer. And with the emergence of Nocioni, they're set to give the US all they can handle in the finals!

I believe Argentina will beat Spain and then beat the US in the final.

I think they will. Spain beat Argentina twice already at the beginning of the summer. Who knows, though? It's a different ball game in the FIBA World Championships.
Still, I hope Spain beats them. I'm not a fan of Argentina. I think they're a bunch of dirty hot heads who flop a bunch. Great team, but they piss me off.

no no no.... although argentina has only beaten spain once in the international stage, im sure they can make the necesarry adjustments... spain is a tough team but i really believe that the argentinians are tougher... i am really impressed with thier chemistry on the court... they display good passing skills and good familiarity with each other... i belive that they have an excellent basketball program in their country and i hope my beloved philippines will also reach that point... hehehehehe going back... i think spain's main man pau gasol is a pretty good player but he doesn't have that consistency which separates great players from good ones... he's only aggressive at the early part of the game and tends to be passive as the game progresses... oberto and even scola can take care of him.. garbajosa is also a good player but i think nocioni has the edge in this match up... navarro is really amusing to watch... he's as creative as manu but i don't think he can outplay the scrappy argentinian... they also have a deeper bench compared to spain...
all in all, it will be a tough game but argentina's overall game brilliance will win this one for them...
