i dont know why but it feels like someone is constantly squeezing them i it hurts really badly! help cuz im scared

Have you done any damage through injury such as sports? any other activity that could have damaged them such as riding a bike? Once this is ruled out it could be a blocked tube, or an infection. Have a good feel for any lumps or changes in texture or weight. I doubt it is anything serious such as cancer as this rarley presents as pain. More likely infection or possible std?? The other possibilty I have seen is abcess formation. This treats with anti biotics. Go see your gp

A lover has been squeezing them too hard. Your lover is supposed to gently caress your testicles, not squeeze them.
The pain will go away in a couple of years.

Things of this nature is best seen by your doctor. Don't be in a state of denial, early detection may give you a better chance of a cure.

You may have early form of testicle cancer. Were you sexually active as a teenager? It is the #1 form of cancer in males, age 15-35.

perhaps too much stimulatation or ejaculation...or maybe they just twisted themselves or hernia..i would see a doc...but then again i dont have balls ;)....good luck
