That is just a bunch of malarkey. Take the whole pill at one time as it was designed to be taken.

No, it is not. Vitamins in its form (tablet, capsule, etc.) like any other drugs have its purpose for better absorption so if you break it then you defeat its purpose. Don't worry one tablet if the direction is once a day it will be sufficiently if not equally absorb and utilize by you body in a day. Some drugs are given in specific time when you body needs or absorb it the most. Read the drug literature which accompanies every drug you bought over-the -counter or ask a pharmacist or doctor if in doubt.

No, it somewhat is not any longer. supplementations in its variety (pill, pill, and various others.) like another drugs have its reason for greater absorption so could you trip it then you definately defeat its reason. do no longer concern one pill if the direction is as quickly as an afternoon it will be sufficiently if now no longer further take in and hire by using potential of you physique in an afternoon. some drugs are given especially time jointly as you physique demands or take in it possibly the main. study the drug literature which accompanies each and every drug you receive over-the -counter or ask a pharmacist or scientific expert if uncertain.

Never heard of that. Why would someone want to take a vitamin at night anyway. I take vitamins and they give me energy I don't need that energy at bedtime I have a hard enough time falling asleep now.

I can't think of any US-manufactured, over-the-counter (non-Rx) multi-vitamin that's taken as you report. I'm guessing you heard wrong.
