give it a break and use ice bags for 15 mins then a heating pad for 15 mins. do this 3 or four time a day and it will be better soon. When you make your ice bags place 1 cup of water and 3/4 of a cup of rubbing alcohol together it gets colder and it is easier to place on areas of the body

I would use heat therapy and not do that which exacerbates the pain...your muscles/tendons need a break. I am guessing at least one week, preferably two, and then start slowly.

I'd say like with any sports injury: ice it, take some anti-inflammation medicine (Ibuprofen) and rest it for a few days. If it still hurts, see a doctor.

it sounds like your wristbone is fractured, i had the same problem. i wrapped something around my wrist to isolate the forearm. then i could just feel the forearm being worked. or it could just be the pain from working out
