Most any of them can be learned online if you find a site with a tutorial for it. However, you might be better off going to your local book store and getting a book on the language. There is a series of books from Sams (I think) called Teach Yourself

mostly all programming languages can be learnt on various web sites. Higher level languages will be more common as most people use this now.

Best place to learn programming languages (HTML, javascript, css, php) would be at www.w3schools.com , very nice beginner's site and you can experiment live on site as you learn.

You know what i could do this for the whole day....you can go to stumbleupon.com download the toolbar there and set your site preferences (it will give you websites wiith data pertaining to yuor seach query)
