I got a call from them a few days ago and I'm scheduled for an interview later this week. For people who work/have worked at Best Buy, or even people who got to the interview, what was it like? What sorts of questions did they ask? If they call you for an interview, what are the chances that you're gonna get the job?

It is customer service job. They just want to know if you have customer service skill. The chance is you will get the job if you are not a shy person.
